Effective July 15, 2012: With the minimal expenses that we have, we have continued to take on a higher cost of doing business, including dealing with fraudulent customers and orders, and increased credit card processing fees. This uncertain economic period would normally lead us to increase prices.
However, to keep our main goal of offering low prices and to benefit most of our customers, we have chosen to eliminate our customer service phone center and switch to e-mail only support instead of taking on dramatic price increases. If you want to place an order, you must do so on-line. If you have a question, read below first to see if it is answered, or you may send an e-mail for questions or for returns.

How We Offer Low Prices:
- We are an authorized seller for which we deal directly with nine wholesale distribution centers across the United States. In turn, this allows us to offer a very large range of products at very lucrative prices.
- We pass these extremely low prices
on to you through our automatic bulk discount program.
- We have been successful for a number of years by keeping our low prices open to the public and individual purchasers, which has increased our popularity in selling in bulk to larger companies.
- We keep business costs low by not spending unnecessary money on advertising campaigns which advertise special sale promotions from inflated prices. This helps us keep a low overhead.

Shipping, Tracking, and Costs:
- We do not
accept returns after 10 days from the date the product was
delivered. After 10 days, your product is covered by the applicable warranty. To return an item, you must first obtain a return
authorization from us within 10 days of
receipt of the product.
- If your purchased item has a warranty and it is after the 10
days, please contact the
manufacturer using the information provided with the product you
received. If you do not have this information, please e-mail us
and we will be happy to assist you in returning your item to the
manufacturer for repair. Do not return any item to us.
- Returns will not be
accepted unless you
first contact us and obtain an RMA number. Please e-mail
us. Request an RMA and state the reason for your return and
whether you want an exchange for the same item or a refund.
- No refunds or exchanges can be made if you do not have the

- The product's box must be in a new and undamaged condition.
Food and water products cannot be returned to be resold according to law, therefore refunds for food and water products will not be issued.
- If you receive an order that was damaged during shipping, you must notify us with 2 business days so that we can file a timely claim with the carrier, get reimbursed, and proceed with getting your order redelivered.
- If you receive a product that is defective, notify us within 10 days to get an RMA. You will have to send the product back (at your expense). If you want an exchange, a replacement of the same item will be sent to you when we receive your return (shipped at our expense). If you want a credit, a credit for what you paid for the product (not the shipping costs) will be issued when we receive and process your return.
- If you receive a product you do not want, you may request a return authorization within 10 days of receiving the product so that you can return it for a refund. Your refund is for the product only and will not include shipping costs.
If you are returning a "free shipping" item, the amount of shipping that you would have paid if the item was not shipped free will be deducted from your refund. This covers our cost of shipping the original product to you. We will inform you of this amount when we provide the RMA to you.

- UPS will not ship to PO Boxes or APO's. You must

- We only ship to the
continental 48 United States. We cannot ship to Alaksa, Hawaii,
or out of the country.
- You have the option of shipping via UPS Ground or UPS 3-Day Select only. You can view your shipping costs without placing your order. The shipping costs can be found on the billing page during the checkout process.
- Once you place an order, please allow a minimum of one business day before you order will ship. Estimated processing times are listed on each item's description page.
- UPS Ground can take
up to 5 days
deliver depending on where you live. You can expect to receive a basic UPS
Ground order within 4 - 7 business days, unless there is an
unexpected delay in
shipping or your order is backorded. Each item description will
show where that item ships from, the estimated processing time, and a link to a shipping chart so that you can know an estimate when you will receive your order.
- We cannot include "Happy Birthday" cards, Christmas cards,
etc. in your shipment.
- Product prices, including the total price that you pay,
your credit card number, and your billing address are not
shown on the packing
slip in your shipment.
- If you are placing a large order and you think it is over 200 pounds, please complete the freight request form located on the item's information page or you may e-mail us the request.
- Unfortunatley, we do not offer imprinting and logo services at
- Stock availability information is updated for each item on this web site twice per day. This web site will prevent you from ordering an item that is backordered. This will help you to easily determine with fair accuracy if we have the item and quantity you need.
- Our products are open for sale to the general public and
can be ordered with no minimum purchase price required.
- All of our products are sold brand new and are not
reconditioned, unless specifically noted in the product description.
- We only sell products that are listed on our web site.
- We cannot not disassemble items and sell individual pieces
or parts of items, i.e., we cannot sell only a piece of a clock.
- Sales tax applies to Florida shipping addresses
only. If your
company has a valid resale tax ID and you need to purchase our
products tax exempt, please fax a copy of your sales tax ID (no cover page necessary) and your tax number will be entered into our system.
- If you have faxed your tax ID form to us, it will normally be updated in our system within one business day. To make your order tax exempt, you will need to enter your tax number in the "Enter Tax ID" field exactly as it appears on your certificate in your shopping cart before you complete the check-out process.
- We keep
all customer information stictly confidential.
- We do not store your credit card information on our servers.
- Your personal billing information will be transmitted securely between our shopping cart and the credit card company when your order is processed.
- We will never sell, rent, or pass your information to any
other third party, unless required to do so by law.
- We never send junk (spam) e-mail.
- We will not be held liable for products shipped to a wrong address that you provided.
- We cannot be held responsible for orders missing or stolen once UPS considers your order delivered. If an order is missing or stolen, you must notify us within two business days of the delivery date (per our return policy above) so that the carrier can investigate and pay for the claim.
- We cannot guarantee the availablity of stock. It is
possible an item will go out of stock before the quantity count is
updated. If this happens, we will notify you by e-mail and your order
total will be adjusted appropriately.
- We will not be held liable in any way for any defects or
problems you may encounter with products you order from us. You
must follow the proper RMA or warranty procedures shown in our return
